This work was built from lived experience and real systems.
I spent 35 years inside systems that measured success by performance. I rose, achieved, and delivered while learning what it costs the people who give everything.
At the same time, I carried the full responsibility of single parenthood, shaped by a life that had already moved through betrayal, hardship, and loss.
I know what it is to hold everything together on the outside while parts of you are asking for air. There came a moment when I stepped out of the structures that had defined my life and into a different kind of listening.
I drove across the country in my RV. I sat with the land. I walked the shorelines. I climbed mountains and crossed sacred desert terrain.
In that listening, something that had been calling me for decades finally had space to be heard.
What came through became this body of work.
A way of living and working that restores the human at the center of it all.
Today I create spaces, write, teach, and speak from what life required me to learn in boardrooms, in living rooms, on the road, and on the ground.
Everything I carry, I earned. Everything I share, I lived.
